- Ideal for sharp, everyday printing and larger barcodes
- Only Brady i7500 print heads can be used in the i7500 printer
- It is highly recommended that printhead replacements or head dpi change be completed by Brady Technical Support which includes ESD-handling and a factory fine-tuning with head alignment
- Printheads can be changed out by user to a replacement 300 dpi head or with 600 dpi head as long as printer has firmware v2.0 or above (ESD grounding/gloves recommended)
- If user damages the print head when changing it, this may void the warranty
- To optimize printhead life - clean head regularly with IPA cleaning swabs (PCK-6), replace worn/rough platen rollers, use narrow rollers when printing narrow ribbon/narrow label combinations and avoid unnecessary high printhead heat settings
