• All returns must have prior authorization.
• No returns on wire cuts or non-stock items.
• Returns under $25.00 will not be accepted.
• No cash refund will be given for material returned.
• Returns must be undamaged in manufacturer's original carton and will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee.
• Special/custom item orders are non-returnable.
